In a letter to Sen. Jeff Sessions, the ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee Republican, Robert Bauer, counsel to Obama, implied the president may use executive privilege to hide some memos Elena Kagan wrote when she served in the Clinton White House.
“President Obama does not intend to assert executive privilege over any of the documents requested by the Committee,” Bauer writes.
“Of course, President Clinton also has an interest in these records, and his representative is reviewing them now,” he adds.
The Clinton library has more than 150,000 documents related to Elena Kagan. This is one of the few sources we have to know what Kagan thinks on many issues.

The sheeple were duped by the “unbiased” press into voting for Mr. Obama, a vote based on looks and speaking ability (at least when the teleprompter is plugged in) rather than experience and character. It’s amazing how much the press learns after the fact, after the manipulation. I’m sure the press will also find out the true political leanings of Kagen: after she is on the Supreme Court. A few facts might doom the nomination.
This goes hand in hand with Mr. Obama’s comments that the public has just too much information available. We might get confused. We need to be protected from those with a differing opinion, from the internet, from talk radio, from certain t.v. news channels.
We need to turn up the heat on the press in this country to do its job! Vote with your t.v. remotes, your radio dials and your money for newspapers. Or do you want an American version of Pravda to get your news, because that sounds like what the administration would like. All the news that’s fit to filter! When we want your opinion, we’ll give it to you!
If the GOP has any brains (and the jury is still out) they will run ads in 2012 of Helen Thomas hugging the President while spouting her latest diatribe. Biases? Move along, nothing to see here……
